生物质快速热解过程中产物的在线测定

摘要
利用U形反应器与FTIR联动方法对7种生物质在600℃快速热解1min时的热解产物进行了在线测定,同时还进行了不同温度(400℃和800℃)和添加二氧化硅、硅藻土、石灰石等对热解产物影响的研究.结果显示,不同生物质的热解产物有明显差别,但主要产物为CO,CO2,CH4,CH3CH∶CH2,CH3COCH3等;温度是影响生物质有机质分解产物组成的重要因素,低温(400℃)产物中的CO含量明显偏低,而醛类、酮类、酯类等含量随着温度升高而下降;不同添加剂对生物质热解产物的影响不同,硅藻土的催化效果要优于其他2种.实验结果也表明了这一系统对测定生物质快速热解过程中产物组成的有效性.
