计及FACTS元件的发输电系统可靠性评估模型

摘要
灵活交流输电(FACTS)技术的利用能够对电力系统可靠性产生重要影响.晶闸管控制的移相器(TCPST)和串联补偿器(TCSC)作为串联FACTS设备能够改变电力潮流的自然分布和有效缓解输电阻塞,静止无功补偿器(SVC)作为并联FACTS设备能提供无功支持和维持系统电压稳定,将它们对电力系统可靠性的影响进行了定量评估.研究了TCPST、TCSC的潮流计算模型以及计及TCPST、TC-SC和SVC的最优负荷削减模型,从而将FACTS设备有效纳入可靠性评估模型中.提出的方法在RBTS可靠性测试系统上进行了验证,计算结果表明FACTS设备能对系统可靠性产生重大改善作用.
