瘦肉型猪胴体瘦肉量估测方法研究

摘要：

该研究屠宰测定了 1 76长白、三元杂瘦肉型猪的背膘厚、眼肌面积及胴体瘦肉量等性状 ,结果表明阉公猪较母猪少 ,眼肌面积也较小 ;相关分析表明眼肌面积与胴体瘦肉量的相关系数最高为0 72 6(P <0 0 1 ) ;多元回归方程估测胴体瘦肉率的拟合度普遍较二元回归方程高 ,其中多元回归方程 2 (Y =4 4+0 5 4X1-4 2 1X2 +0 1 8X3 )的效果最佳 ,在屠宰厂瘦肉型猪的定价系统中值得推广应用。
