摘要：

救援人员的心理健康问题,由于该群体在灾难援助中工作任务和角色的独特性,是目前心理援助中较为忽视的问题之一。本文在分析心理健康促进系统MHPS的发展历程的基础上,提出了我国救援人员心理健康促进系统的基本框架、实施环节以及心理健康促进系统的实施建议。
