摘要：

<正>度洛西汀(Duloxetine)化学名为N-甲基-γ(1-萘氧基)-2-噻吩丙胺盐酸盐,是一种新型的选择性5-羟色胺(5-HT)和去甲肾上腺素(NE)双重再摄取抑制剂(SNRI)。2004年8月首次在美国上市,美国食品药品管理局(FDA)批准度洛西汀用于治疗抑郁症及糖尿病患者的周围神经痛,同时欧洲批准该药用于治疗妇女尿失禁。本文对该药的药理作用机制、临床应用及安全性与耐受性作一综述。
