<正> 近年来,以牙种值体为桩基的修复物得到广泛开展,据不完全统计,目前国外仅根状种植体以商品化形式出现的就达24种之多。以前对种植体成功的临床评价比较混乱,均由各研究者自己制定,因此,对同一种形式种植体的临床成功率的报道差异较大。虽然Schnittman及Shulman等对种植体的临床成功率制定了统一的标准,但均属原则性,较笼统。本文对牙种植体的某些临床重要客观指标的观测及评价进行了归纳和分析,并对临床成功率的
