摘要
肺癌是世界范围内发病率与病死率均居首位的恶性肿瘤,目前缺乏理想的早期诊断手段及有效的治疗方法。Let-7异常表达与肺癌的发生发展密切相关。根据大量研究表明,Let-7通过抑制相关癌基因的表达、肿瘤血管生成、提高放化疗和靶向治疗的敏感性,来抑制肺癌的发生和发展。本文就Let-7与肺癌的诊断、治疗、预后评估等方面的研究现状作一综述。
