摘要
:
目的应用软膏纸片扩散法测定市售的4种软膏(美宝湿润烧伤膏、京万红膏、银锌霜、洗必泰膏)及7种型号的自制红药膏,对烧伤创面5种常见致病菌的抑菌效果,为烧伤软膏的临床应用提供实验依据。方法研究所用软膏纸片,经医院检验科对5种常见致病菌进行药敏试验,同时用软膏试管稀释法做对照试验。结果湿润烧伤膏和京万红膏的抑菌效果差,银锌霜和洗必泰软膏及7种型号的红药膏均有较好的抑菌效果。其中以红药膏6号(即环红药膏)效果最佳。结论为防止耐药菌株产生,对于烧伤外用软膏需不断研究、开发和创新。
