摘要
近年来欧美国家的高师教育实习在其地位和作用、目标、实施和组织管理等方面都呈现出新的变化和新的走势,分别表现出"理论实践相结合"与"专业发展"并重;"技能目标"与"专业素养目标"兼顾;关注"指导环节",关怀"实习参与者";组织国际化,管理协作化等重要特点,为我国当前开展和深化教育实习改革提供了一定的启示与借鉴。
