乳腺癌术后物理治疗现状及进展

摘要：

乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。手术切除并辅以放射治疗(放疗)、化学治疗(化疗)是使该疾病得到根治的主要方法。术后患者普遍存在患侧上肢活动受限、继发淋巴水肿、肌肉力量及运动耐受功能下降、睡眠功能障碍等问题。物理治疗可有效改善乳腺癌手术治疗及放化疗带来的各种功能障碍,提高患者术后健康水平及生活质量。该文从循证医学的角度对乳腺癌术后物理治疗现状及进展进行了综述。
