摘要：

To enlarge the marrine active range,Indanesia government proposed the so-called East Marrine Strategy with the excuse of maintaining the strategic benefit from Arabian sea to south China sea,developing greatly the marrine military,strengthening the military relation with the coast countries along south China sea to extend its military exist in south China sea,even the area of west pacific ocean. all of which will impact greatly to the mirrine safty of our country.
