双元视角下制造业质量管理实践对创新绩效的影响

摘要：

基于企业双元理论和效果推理理论,从系统整体观出发,将效果推理逻辑引入到质量管理实践对企业创新绩效的影响路径中,以探究其深层次的作用机理。通过169份有效样本的调查数据,运用层次回归方法验证研究假设。研究发现:双元质量管理实践的平衡维度正向影响企业创新绩效;双元质量管理实践的交互维度正向影响企业创新绩效;效果推理正向调节平衡维度和交互维度对创新绩效的影响。最后讨论了研究的理论贡献与实践启示。
