2型糖尿病患者自我管理干预随机对照试验的系统综述

摘要：

目的本研究对国内2008—2010年公开发表的、较高质量的针对2型糖尿病患者自我管理干预的随机对照试验进行系统综述,为今后2型糖尿病患者自我管理研究和实践工作提供借鉴和参考。方法利用关键词检索技术和一定的纳入及排除标准,选取20项研究(25篇文献)在一般情况、干预措施和效果评价指标等方面进行系统综述。结果在20项研究中,包括单纯随机对照研究、整群随机对照研究、平行随机对照研究、整群平行随机对照研究,累计干预人群7 241例,对照人群6 696例,涉及9个国家或地区;主要在社区开展实施,由专业人员或社会网络人员提供自我管理支持,利用多种行为改变理论和信息技术;评价指标主要涉及健康状况、患者对干预的依从性、卫生资源利用情况和成本分析四个方面。结论建立一套系统、有效的以社区为基础的2型糖尿病患者自我管理模式显得至关重要。
