摘要：

<正> 1988年日本学者Sudoh等从猪脑组织中提取出一种具有利钠利尿等生物活性的多肽,并命名为脑钠素(Brain Natriuretic Peptide,BNP)。以后的研究发现脑钠素主要由心脏分泌,与心钠素(Atrial Natriuretic Peptide,ANP)一样具有扩张血管、利钠利尿作用。ANP主要由心房产生和释放,BNP主要由心室产生和释放。引起ANP释放增多的因素是心房压力增高或心房扩张,引起BNP释放增多的是心室压力增高或心室扩张。有证据表明血浆BNP水平与左心室舒张末压(LVEDP)正相关,与左室射血份数(LVEF)负相关,在心力衰竭的早期就有循环血液的BNP水平增高,而且其增高的幅度与心力衰竭的严重程度正相关。动物试验显示BNP的基因表达主要发生在心室,尤其在心力衰竭
