叶酸、维生素B12对老年高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平及血管内皮功能的影响

摘要：

目的探讨叶酸、维生素B12联合干预治疗对老年高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)水平及血管内皮功能的影响。方法将118例轻、中度原发性高血压的老年患者随机分为2组,即叶酸、维生素B12联合干预组(60例)和对照组(58例)。治疗前(基线水平)及治疗后3个月测定患者血浆Hcy水平及反映血管内皮的功能的指标,包括血清内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)、一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)、血栓素A2(thromboxane A2,TXA2)、前列环素I2(prostaglandin I2,PGI2)及肱动脉血流介导的内皮依赖性舒张变化率(flow mediated endothelium dependent dilation,FMD)。结果叶酸、维生素B12联合干预组治疗3个月后,Hcy、ET-1和TXA2水平较对照组及治疗前均有明显降低(P<0.05);NO、PGI2水平及肱动脉FMD较对照组及治疗前均有明显升高(P<0.05)。结论叶酸、维生素B12联合干预治疗不仅可降低老年高血压患者血浆Hcy水平,并可改善老年高血压不良的血管内皮功能损害。
