摘要：

<正>非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(nonalcoholic steatohepatitis,NASH)是指组织学改变与酒精性肝炎类似,但无过量饮酒史的一种临床病理综合征,其组织学具有肝细胞脂肪变、气球样变性和点状坏死以及混合性炎细胞浸润的特征,可伴Mallory小体和不同程度的肝纤维化。鉴于非酒精性脂肪性肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)可通过NASH发生纤维化、肝硬化、肝细胞癌及终末期肝病,因此NASH被认为是NAFLD的一种严重类型。在10年内,有15%～25%的NASH患者并发肝硬化,其中30%～40%最终死于肝病,因此针对NASH的有效治疗对于预防肝纤维化及肝硬化的形成具有重要的临床意义。
