摘要：

对国内外近年来有关护士工作压力的研究进行综述,包括国内外护士主要工作压力源及国内某些护士群体面临的工作压力分析,影响护士工作压力感受的因素等,提出通过自我减压、组织支持和应对策略培训来缓解和减轻护士工作压力,从而为今后有关护士工作压力的研究提供方向。
