<正>慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是以持续气流受限为特征的可以预防和治疗的疾病,其气流受限多呈进行性发展,与气道和肺组织对香烟烟雾等有害气体或颗粒的异常慢性炎性反应有关。2013年更新的COPD全球创议指南强调COPD的本质是肺部的慢性炎性反应[1]。目前COPD抗炎治疗的主要药物是糖皮质激素,但近年来发现许多患者存在糖皮质激素抵
