类风湿关节炎病人信息支持与自理行为相关性研究

摘要：

目的了解类风湿关节炎 (RA)病人信息支持程度、实施自理行为水平以及两者间相互关系。方法以Orem自理理论为概念框架 ,对 4 8例RA病人进行问卷调查 ,并对调查结果进行相关性分析。结果RA病人自身感知的信息支持评分为 (12 4 .4 8± 15 .2 2 )分 ,为中等程度 ;自理行为水平评分为 (116 .6 5± 9.6 7)分 ,为中等水平 ;RA病人的信息支持和自理行为间呈正相关 (r =0 .6 2 0 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论应注意在护理实践中为RA病人提供信息支持 ,使他们较好地了解疾病的有关知识和实施自理行为的技巧 ,改善其健康状况和提高生活质量
