摘要：

现代性既是人类社会有史以来最伟大的进步,也导致了一系列不幸的甚至是灾难性的后果,包括现代旅游的大众化生产和麦当劳化。逃避主义作为生存策略开始流行,包括模拟的和他者的后现代旅游似乎成了逃避主义者最理想的选择。不仅如此,后现代旅游也是旅游目的地社区的最佳方案。要使后现代旅游得以持久,Plog的十大戒律和Hampton的九项建议值得借鉴。但在现代性的强大压力下,它的最终结局可能仍然是悲剧性的。
