<正>抑郁症(Major depressive disorder)是极度危害人类身心健康的常见精神疾病,主要表现为明显的情绪改变,以悲伤或情绪不稳定为特征,轻度者表现为心境不佳、兴趣缺失、自责、自我评价下降和乏力等,多伴有食欲和性欲下降、早醒和体质量减轻等症状,严重者可痛不欲生,悲观绝望,常有自杀倾向[1]。由于抑郁症所造成的疾病负担不断攀升,世界卫
