<正>艾滋病检测是发现HIV感染者的惟一手段,通过早发现、早治疗可使感染者延长寿命,同时也减少二代传播,因此具有重要的公共卫生学意义。医疗机构具有较多接触HIV感染者的机会,英国一项调查显示,76.4%新检出的HIV感染者在检出前一年曾到医疗机构就诊,美国南卡罗来纳州2001-2005年共报告1769例晚期诊断HIV感染者(从检出HIV进展到艾滋病期不足一年),其中73%在1997-2005年间到医疗机构累计就诊次数为7988次。因此,美国疾病预防控制中心(CDC)和WHO分别于2006、2007年出台了医务人员主动开展艾滋病检测咨询策略(Provider-Initiated HIVTesting and Counseling,PITC)指南,要求医务人员在遵循
