技术准备度内涵、结构、测量与研究评述

摘要
随着服务技术的不断发展应用,技术准备度引起了国外营销学界和实业界的广泛关注,但国内相关研究较少。通过对相关外文文献的梳理,剖析了技术准备度的概念、内涵及结构维度,构建了技术准备度测度量表并进行了顾客分类,评述了技术准备度影响因素和效应的实证研究,提出了未来的研究方向,以期为国内学者开展相关研究提供借鉴。
