摘要：

半侧空间忽略 (HSN )与脑卒中的愈后密切相关。大多数学者认为 ,HSN是由于介导方向性注意的网络结构损伤所致 ,包括额叶、顶叶和扣带回皮质及与之相连的皮质下区域丘脑、基底节和上丘。与忽略最相关的部位一般认为是右侧顶下小叶。人类颞 -顶 -枕连接区 (temporal- parietal- occipital junction) ,即 TPO连接区病变易致 HSN。利用敏感的 SPECT技术检测忽略患者脑损伤部位的局部脑血流 (r CBF) ,进行定位及定量研究 ,可望为 HSN的研究开辟新的天地。
