考虑并网风电随机波动的电力系统小干扰概率稳定性分析

摘要
提出了一种在考虑并网风电随机波动时,进行电力系统小干扰概率稳定性计算的分析方法。根据并网风电随机波动的概率分布函数,计算其概率特征参数(阶距和半不变量),并据此计算电力系统关键特征值实部随机波动的概率特征参数(半不变量和中心距),按Gram-Charlier级数展开计算关键特征根实部随机变化量的概率分布函数,从而确定电力系统小干扰概率稳定性。该分析计算方法可以一次性确定并网风电影响下的电力系统小干扰概率稳定性。
