水稀释法分离卵黄IgY

摘要
用水稀释法分离蛋黄中的免疫球蛋白 Ig Y,研究稀释度、稀释液 p H和温浴时间对分离效果的影响 .结果表明 ,用 7倍无菌水稀释蛋黄 ,调节 p H=5.0 ,在 4℃下温浴 5h,可获得较好的分离效果 ,Ig Y的回收率为 92 % .分离的 Ig Y用硫酸铵和硫酸钠盐析纯化 ,Ig Y的纯度达到 97% ,回收率达到 94% .通过对 Ig Y稳定性的研究表明 ,Ig Y对热、酸和冻融有良好的稳定性 .
