肿瘤相关巨噬细胞参与肿瘤免疫调节的研究进展

摘要
肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(tumor-associated macrophage,TAM)是肿瘤微环境(tumor microenvironment,TME)中一种重要的炎症细胞,依据功能表型不同,大致分为M1型和M2型。TAMs分泌多种细胞因子,趋化因子和蛋白酶等,促进细胞外基质重塑,肿瘤细胞生长、转移,肿瘤血管、淋巴管新生及免疫抑制。TAMs的主要致病活性是免疫抑制反应,其在肿瘤的进展中起重要的作用,目前肿瘤免疫学进展也揭示了免疫抑制细胞TAMs的重要性,本文主要综述TAMs参与免疫抑制的机制及相关的细胞因子,及靶向这些因子免疫治疗的研究进展。
