摘要
:
柑橘皮果胶具有重要的药用价值。本文利用现代生物化学分离纯化技术对柑橘皮果胶进行了系统的分级,根据其电荷和分子量不同用离子交换和凝胶层析将其分成一个中性级分CPN和三个酸性级分CPA-0.2、CPA-0.3和CPA-0.4。单糖组成分析表明CPN为聚半乳糖;酸性糖级分CPA-0.2、CPA-0.3和CPA-0.4主要为聚半乳糖醛酸。高温高压处理对柑橘皮果胶各级分有不同程度的结构改变。
