一种新颖的高灵敏度光纤光栅压力传感器

摘要
用密封圆柱形容器和活塞封存一些气体,将光栅的两端分别粘在容器和塞子上。外界压力变化导致光栅所受拉力的变化,从而实现对外界压力的检测。该传感器压力灵敏系数可达-0.696/MPa,是裸光纤的3.515×105倍,其线性度为0.9989。
