摘要：

基于"跳板理论",采集中国跨国公司在发达经济体的155家海外子公司的数据,构建回归模型,系统考察国家、行业、企业和知识属性等多个层面的多种因素对中国跨国公司海外子公司逆向知识转移行为的影响。研究结果表明:母公司"跳板"意图对海外子公司自治权和逆向知识转移有显著正向影响;母公司感知国内制度约束,对海外子公司自治权和逆向知识转移有显著正向影响;海外子公司的自治权对其逆向知识转移有显著正向影响。
