摘要：

糖尿病遵医行为的概念经历了从依从性、遵守性到自我管理的演变过程,糖尿病患者在健康行为决策过程中的作用日益受到重视,并被认为应该主动的处于整个健康系统的中心位置。社会生态模型是糖尿病遵医行为研究的最新理论模型,该模型以社会学的视角评估了环境和社会支持因素对糖尿病自我管理的影响,包括了个体内、个体间和个体外部(环境) 三个方面的因素。在国外,该模型已被成功的应用于糖尿病教育项目,对国内的糖尿病教育具有重要的借鉴价值。
