重复经颅磁刺激治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的Meta分析

摘要
目的:对重复经颅磁刺激治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍(PSD)的疗效进行Meta分析。方法:计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane library、CNKI、VIP、CBM和万方数据库中关于重复经颅磁刺激改善PSD的随机对照试验(RCT),同时追溯纳入文献的参考文献。检索时限均为从建库至2018年1月。由2名评价员按照纳入与排除标准独立进行文献筛选、资料提取和质量评价后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入7个RCT,178例患者(试验组n=93,对照组n=85)。Meta分析结果显示,与对照组相比,rTMS治疗能够改善PSD患者的总体吞咽功能[SMD=-1.00,95%CI(-1.67,-0.33),P=0.004],提高了BI评分[SMD=1.25,95%CI(0.78,1.73),P=0.000 1]。结论:rTMS可在一定程度上改善脑卒中患者的吞咽功能,提高患者的自我生活能力。
