摘要：

缺血再灌注损伤(ischemia reperfusion injury,IRI)是一种严重的组织或器官缺血后再恢复血液灌注引起的损伤,甚至可导致多器官功能障碍。PPARγ作为核激素受体超家族成员,可通过竞争抑制炎症信号通路和炎症介质的生成起到抑制炎症反应的作用。从而减轻缺血再灌注对肺的损伤,起到保护作用。
