摘要：

<正>功能性胃肠病(functional gastrointestinal disor-ders,FGIDs)是指一组具有慢性或反复发作性的胃肠道症状。没有结构、代谢异常能解释上述症状的综合征[1]。对于这些具有反复腹胀、腹痛、腹泻、便秘、恶心、呕吐等消化道症状,经多种生化及影像学检查最终确定为非结构性即所谓"功能性"
