摘要：

文章以董事会资本为主线,运用资源依赖理论和资源基础观探讨了董事会如何影响公司价值创造的问题。文章首先分析了董事会资本的内涵与理论基础,然后详细考察了董事会资本对公司价值创造过程及结果的影响,最后提出了未来的研究方向,以期揭示董事会资本与公司价值创造之间的关系,从而为我国董事会资本的理论研究和实践活动提供借鉴和参考。
