摘要：

针对企业技术标准联盟运作中技术专利定价问题进行了深入研究,将实物期权的思想和理论与技术的特征相结合,改进了复合期权中欧式看涨期权的定价模型,建立了企业技术标准联盟的技术专利定价模型,对企业技术标准联盟的运作和绩效管理具有现实的指导意义。
