口服华法令抗凝患者血浆蛋白C、蛋白S活性的改变及其意义

摘要：

目的　探讨口服华法令抗凝患者血浆蛋白C (PC)、蛋白S (PS)活性的改变及其临床意义。方法　用凝固法在SysmexCA 15 0 0、CA 60 0 0全自动血凝仪上检测 30例口服华法令抗凝的心脏瓣膜置换患者和 40例正常对照者的血浆PC、PS活性和凝血酶原时间 (PT)。结果　口服华法令抗凝患者血浆PT ,INR ,PC ,PS活性分别为 ( 2 5 5± 5 3)s ,2 5± 0 5 ,( 39 2± 15 1) % ,( 45 7± 18 2 ) % ,与对照组比较 ,差异均有极显著性意义 (P均 <0 0 1)。结论　口服华法令抗凝患者血浆PC ,PS活性降低 ,华法令的抗凝效果受到一定程度的减弱
