摘要：

偏头痛具有多种神经系统和非神经系统症状,偏头痛伴发精神障碍为临床常见,最常见的伴发精神障碍有抑郁症状和焦虑症状。不同类型偏头痛伴发精神障碍的特点有所不同,精神障碍伴发偏头痛以重度抑郁症为最常见。偏头痛与抑郁症、焦虑症等精神障碍有明显的共病倾向,偏头痛与精神障碍的关系尚不明确。
