评述了电感耦合等离子体质谱法 (ICP MS)在冶金分析领域中的现状和进展 ,着重介绍样品的分解分离方法、进样方法、干扰及校正方法等 ,展望了ICP MS在冶金分析中的应用前景。引用文献 48篇。
