摘要
血脑屏障(BBB)是维持脑内环境稳定和避免有害物质入侵脑组织所必须的膜性结构。脑微血管内皮细胞之间的紧密连接是BBB的结构基础,是保持BBB完整性的重要因素。紧密连接结构是由胞浆黏附蛋白、claudin、occludin、连接黏附分子和tricellulin共同组成的。外伤、缺血、缺氧、感染、免疫及理化因素等均可能引起紧密连接结构及功能发生改变,造成BBB损害,导致BBB的通透性升高,进而引起脑水肿。本文拟对血脑屏障的分子组成研究进展进行综述。
