<正>慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是以气流持续受限、呈进行性发展为特征的可防可治的常见病。去年"GOLD指南"在2012年指南的基础上强调其治疗目标,即迅速缓解症状、减轻临床表现及降低未来健康恶化的风险。但目前针对COPD的诊治手段较为有限,而白介素与COPD的发生、发展有着密不可分的关系,这对探寻新的诊治手段提供了思
