摘要
唾液酸是一类含九个碳原子的单糖衍生物的总称,人体内的唾液酸主要为N-乙酰神经氨酸和N-羟乙酰神经氨酸,大多由葡萄糖代谢生成。唾液酸广泛分布于真核细胞表面糖蛋白或糖脂寡糖链的最末端,是细胞膜上糖蛋白、糖脂的重要成分。本综述主要阐述了唾液酸在肿瘤、炎症、免疫、病原微生物以及感染性疾病中的最新研究进展。
