摘要：

<正>活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)是细胞内多种氧化还原反应的正常代谢产物,在机体内的产生和清除处于动态平衡状态。当机体受到内源性或外源性有害因素刺激时,可致ROS生成增加,即出现氧化应激(oxidative stress,OS)。氧化应激可引起DNA氧化损伤和蛋白质的表达异常,使机体处于易损状态,从而与多种疾病的发生、发展密切相关。
