二期前后路手术治疗颈椎后纵韧带骨化症的疗效分析

摘要：

目的探讨二期前后路治疗颈椎后纵韧带骨化症(OPLL)的必要性及可行性。方法对手术治疗18例颈椎OPLL患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结分析,按照JOA评分标准判定其术后改善率,对患者术前术后X线、CT及MRI影像学资料进行比较分析,并统计手术并发症。结果患者均获随访,时间为3～72个月。一期前路术后JOA改善率51.7%,二期后路术后随访时JOA改善率50%。术后并发脑脊液漏1例,节段性神经根麻痹1例。结论采用二期前后路治疗颈椎OPLL具有病灶切除彻底、减压完全、安全有效的特点,是治疗该病的较好方法。
