<正>结直肠肿瘤是我国目前常见的恶性肿瘤之一,对健康造成了严重威胁,发病率和死亡率呈逐年上升的趋势。在大规模的人群普查中发现35岁以上人群中结直肠肿瘤的发病率约为24～32例/10万人口[1]。近20年来结直肠肿瘤在亚洲各国的发病率也呈明显上升趋势[2],有学者在2007年报道全球结直肠肿瘤的新发病例约120万,死亡例数接近63
