对羟基苯甲醇对急性脑缺血损伤大鼠脑内炎症因子的影响

摘要
目的探讨天麻成分对羟基苯甲醇(4-hydroxybenzyl alcohol)是否通过减轻脑内炎症反应而对抗大鼠急性脑缺血损伤。方法大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型对照组、对羟基苯甲醇治疗组和地塞米松干预组,灌胃给药7 d,末次给药后采用颈内动脉注射花生四烯酸诱发同侧大脑半球脑血栓形成方法,复制大鼠急性脑缺血损伤模型,3 h后对大鼠神经功能损伤进行评分;ELISA法检测脑组织中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、血栓素A2(TXA2)、6-酮前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)、半胱氨酰白三烯(Cys LTs)、白三烯B4(LTB4)的含有量。结果对羟基苯甲醇能明显减轻大鼠急性脑缺血损伤的神经功能障碍,降低脑组织中TNF-α、IL-1β的量,抑制花生四烯酸代谢环氧酶途径的炎症因子TXA2、6-keto-PGF1α的释放。结论天麻减轻大鼠急性脑缺血损伤的作用与抑制花生四烯酸代谢环氧酶途径的炎症反应与对羟基苯甲醇有关。
