黄芪皂苷-氢氧化铝佐剂复合物对bFGF肿瘤疫苗抗乳腺癌活性的影响

摘要
目的:研究黄芪皂苷-氢氧化铝佐剂复合物对bFGF肿瘤疫苗抗乳腺癌活性的影响.方法:使用黄芪皂苷-氢氧化铝复合佐剂去免疫小鼠,5次免疫后,小鼠右腋皮下接种乳腺癌细胞,最后一次免疫后第7天处死小鼠,测定免疫小鼠血清中bFGF特异性抗体水平、IFN-γ和IL-4的表达量,并进行体外CTL活性检测.结果:此佐剂复合物能有效刺激IFN-γ的释放,产生了强烈的抗原特异性CTL反应,肿瘤的生长明显受到抑制,同时提高了荷瘤小鼠的生存期.结论:黄芪皂苷-氢氧化铝佐剂复合物能明显提高bFGF肿瘤疫苗的抗癌活性,在未来肿瘤免疫治疗中值得重视.
