摘要：

<正>慢性心力衰竭(CHF)和慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是临床上的两个常见病症。吸烟作为两者的共同危险因素并不能解释它们常共存。COPD是CHF的常见合并症,能造成后者诊断的延误,尤其是β-受体阻滞剂的应用[1]。本文就COPD和CHF共存时所产生的诊断和治疗问题作一综述。1 COPD对CHF诊断的影响1.1 COPD患者的CHF被忽视无已知呼吸系统疾病的患者主诉劳累后气短、乏力时,将进行非介入的心脏影像学检查,
