碎裂QRS波在心肌梗死诊断及预后判断中的应用

摘要：

<正> 体表心电图上的病理性Q波被认为是透壁心肌梗死(MI)和心肌瘢痕组织形成的标志,而且与预后相关,和非Q波MI比较,Q波MI显著增加患者近期及远期病死率。但近年来随着溶栓、急诊介入或冠状动脉(冠脉)旁路移植术等再灌注治疗策略的早期应用,部分透壁MI患者的心电图上并不出现病理性Q波。研究表明,Q波MI的比例已由过去的66.6%降至37.5%,而非Q波MI的比例则相应增加。因此,至少2/3的陈旧性MI患者无法通过心电图
