MSCs和PRP碳纳米管复合修复兔桡骨骨缺损的研究

摘要
目的研究骨髓基质干细胞(MSCs)和富含血小板血浆(PRP)的碳纳米管复合修复骨缺损的能力。方法将54只兔制备成双侧桡骨15mm骨缺损模型,根据植入的材料不同分为3组。实验组植入MSCs/PRP/碳纳米管支架,对照组植入PRP/碳纳米管支架,空白组不植入任何材料。术后4、8及12周各组分别处死6只兔,通过大体观察、扫描电镜检查、组织学观察评价修复大块骨缺损的效果。结果实验组新生骨组织占缺损面积的百分比明显高于对照组和空白组,差异有统计学意义(F=3.56,P<0.05);且随着时间的增加各组新生骨组织占缺损面积的百分比显著增加(F=77.67,P<0.05)。结论与PRP/碳纳米管相比,MSCs/PRP/碳纳米管修复骨缺损能力更强,成骨更迅速。
